The author takes Imam al Ghazali's perspective on educational fiqh as a goal to find out its relevance or relevance to Islamic religious education. What is interesting to study is because the fiqh perspective of Imam al Ghazali has the nuances of Sufism. To then be able to obtain an answer from the results obtained, regarding the relevance of the educational fiqh perspective of Imam al Ghazali to Islamic religious education. The identification of problems in this study is as follows: Imam al Ghazali's perspective on fiqh; Imam al Ghazali's perspective on education and relevance obtained from Imam al Ghazali's perspective on the religion of Islamic education. To obtain the results of the study, the researcher used a data analysis method with the content analysis method. The type of research uses library research with a descriptive approach of analyzing primary and secondary data that is qualitative. The results of the research obtained are that there is a significant relevance of Islamic religious education to the educational fiqh from the perspective of Imam al Ghazali, because conceptually, educational fiqh is an elaboration of educational fiqh which in the perspective of Imam al Ghazali has many explanations that are in accordance with Islamic religious education today, but in practice there are still many that are not suitable because the era of Imam al Ghazali and the present day are very different from the conditions of students and the scope of education in schools. The purpose of this study is to find out the educational fiqh of Imam al Ghazali's perspective on Islamic religious education.
