Abstract

The subject of fiqh is to discuss the understanding of Shari'a and Islamic laws where this has a nature that can change according to the times and is related to problems that often occur in life. Therefore, the fiqh subjects in schools require a suitable learning approach and are in accordance with these problems. an approach that can be applied is the use of the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning model. Because problem-based learning model of learning by making authentic problems as a context for learners to learn. The focus of this research is how to Implement a Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model in Fiqih Subjects at MTsN 3 Jembrana, with the purpose of the study to find out how to Implement a Problem Based Learning (PBL) Learning Model in Fiqih Subjects at MTsN 3 Jembrana. the authors of this study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research and used data collection techniques for structured interviews, direct observation and documentation. This research obtained results, namely in fiqh learning using the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model through 3 applications such as planning, implementation and evaluation / closing and with 5 stages of learning using Problem Based Learning (PBL). The application of Problem Based Learning (PBL) to fiqh subjects is very effective, it can be seen from the active attitude shown by students during the learning process in the classroom.
