For articles accepted for publication by the Editorial Team of  Qistara: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, copyright remains with the author. The author grants the journal the right of first publication for the accepted article. All published articles are licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license, which permits others to use, distribute, share, and adapt the work, provided that appropriate attribution is given to the author and the journal as the source of publication.

The Sharia Economic Law Study Program, as the publisher of  Qistara: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, holds the right of first publication for every article published in the journal. The publisher is authorized to reproduce and distribute articles for purposes such as indexing, archiving, disseminating research findings, and advancing scholarly communication. Once an article is published in Qistara: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah, the author may not republish the same article in another journal or publication medium, unless permitted under the terms of the applicable license and provided that a proper citation of the original publication in Qistara: Jurnal Hukum Ekonomi Syariah is included.
