plagiarism

To ensure submitted and published articles are free from plagiarism, editors will use the Turnitin web-based software to check the similarity index against a 25% quality standard. This process is carried out when authors submit their articles for the first time (submission) and for the second or subsequent times (revisions/after revisions based on reviewer feedback).

If the article meets the standards, it can proceed to the next stage (review or publication). If not, the author will be asked to revise it.

In addition to using Turnitin, editors will also check with Google Scholar and other media. This step aims to ensure that the article is not plagiarized or has been submitted/published to another journal (double submission).
